#aziendechecorronoconledonne
A COACHING PROGRAM FOR COMPANIES THAT WANT TO SUPPORT WOMEN
AT WORK
#aziendechecorronoconledonne is a structured Coaching program aimed at companies and organizations that want to invest in women’s growth and change with them
It is a series of both group and individual Coaching activities (adaptable to specific needs) with the aim of enhancing diversity, removing gender stereotypes, developing an inclusive work environment and achieving effective empowerment of women
WITH MY COACHING PROGRAM the COMPANY promotes the growth and the enhancement of women, encouraging gender plurality
CORPORATE PROGRAM
From my experience as a female Manager and a Coach who has been working with women for years, my #aziendechecorronoconledonne program is meant for companies and organizations that want to give greater value to women by creating a culture based on diversity and inclusion
The program aims to create an inclusive working environment, encouraging the expression of female potential and creating a diverse workforce able to attract and retain new talents
The focus is on creating awareness, involvement, motivation, proactivity and on the individual development of all employees, especially women, working on the acquisition of knowledge and practices to be put in place for the creation of a truly inclusive culture
The program is customizable and flexible, able to adapt to the specificities of the organization
It is structured with:
- Activities with mixed groups to explore and discuss stereotypes, language and gender discrimination
- Workshops on women empowerment and leadership
- One-to-one Coaching sessions to work on the fears that hold back women in the company and help them to unlock their potential
When is it useful to introduce it in the company?
-
Lack of diversity within the teams and the corporate ‘talent portfolio’
-
The percentage of women with a managerial or responsible role is very low
-
It is difficult to attract women in the company
-
The female turnover is ‘inexplicably’ high
